RAY HOLLIS writes Music with a Message in several genres! His songs have streamed into over 170 countries around the world! His song, "EYES FOR YOU," reached #1 on the November Singing News Faith Country Charts and was nominated as the 2024 INSPIRATIONAL SONG OF THE YEAR by the ICM AWARDS (Inspirational Country Music Awards). The ICM Awards were held at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.

 

"SAVED BY GRACE" is currently #1 in the Scoops Magazine June Christian Country Chart and #1 on the July 2025 Singing News Faith Country Charts. Ray was also the 2025 "INSPIRATIONAL ARTIST OF THE YEAR" at the ARKANSAS COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS.

Ray's worship song. "GOD OF MIRACLES," was the winner of the worship category and overall winner (of all categories/genres) of the 2022 WRITE ABOUT JESUS Songwriter's Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. "I'LL BE ON MY WAY" made the Singing News Magazine Faith Country Top 40 Charts and the Power Source Magazine Christian Country Chart in 2023. "LITTLE CHURCH" also made the Editor's Pick in the Power Source Magazine. "GREAT GRACE," along with others, have been recognized by the NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Association International).

Ray appears in churches, conferences, arenas, country music oprys, rodeos, state fairs, radio and television. He is a multi-instrumentalist, versatile songwriter and enjoys creating songs in different musical genres including CCM, Faith Country, Gospel, Pop, R&B, Rock and Worship. Ray has co-written with award winning Christian songwriters in Nashville and from around the country. His recordings have A-list Nashville, Austin, Dallas and Oklahoma City musicians on the recordings.

He is married to his high school sweetheart, Jan. She has an amazing and powerful gift. Ray sings, Jan signs. Jan is a nationally certified sign language interpreter. Ray and Jan were high school sweethearts. They have been in ministry together all their married life.
